Situated in the picturesque Biebrza landscape and decorated in a unique local folk style, the restaurant is sure to satisfy both soul and body with our regional specialities including tench in cream, Podlaskie Kartacze dumplings, game, pierogi, exquisite pâtés, and cured meats.
We guarantee peace and quiet, and in the summer season pleasant conditions on the terrace with a panoramic view of the Biebrza. Dwór Bartla is the ideal place for family dinners, romantic suppers, teambuilding events, company meetings, and special occasions for up to 250 persons.
The Bartlowizna Complex and Dwór Bartla restaurant are located in the most pristine area in Poland, known widely as the Green Lungs of Poland.

Cured meats from Bartlowizna were given the prestigious Teraz Polska award in 2011.
Our exceptional, stylish benches, tables, and hand-carved doors will transport you to the world of Art Nouveau. A rich display of antiques from that period - motorcycles, carriages, wagons, clocks, and animals from around the world – are a glimpse of the history of the time and place.
To highlight the local feeling, we’ve built a fish pond with a small waterfall; when you’ve had enough history, enjoy the view from the terrace of the Biebrza river with its wild and untamed nature.
The designer and initiator of the concept is Henryk Bartlewski, a globetrotter whose experience has allowed him to present the culture and customs of the region along with an exquisite menu in a unique architectural setting.
Our chef recommends our home-made products of outstanding quality (also for take-away) as well as excellent regional dishes.
Regional dishes – the speciality of Bartlowizna are kartacze dumplings, which have won multiple awards. But don’t forget to try: baked potato brioche, or pierogi with pike and lemon sauce, and for dessert cordials and tasty home baked sweets.
